1. Service Refund

 

• • Consultations: If a client is unsatisfied with an astrology or Vastu consultation, they may request a refund within 24 hours of the session. Refunds will be processed after reviewing the case to ensure it meets our refund criteria.

• • Courses and Workshops: If a client wishes to cancel their participation in a course or workshop, they must do so at least 7 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

2. Service Cancellations

 

• • Consultations: Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• • Courses and Workshops: Clients must cancel their registration at least 7 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.

3. Product Refunds

 

• • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging within 4 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

• • Process: To initiate a return, clients must contact us at info@astroneeti.in  with their order details. Once the return is approved, clients will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

• • Refunds:All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Product Exchanges

 

• • Eligibility: Clients may exchange products within 4 days of purchase, provided the products are in original, unused condition with all original packaging.

5. Non-Refundable Items

 

• • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable.

• • Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable.

• • Any services or products explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
